What We Need

:

The *Director, HR* *Systems**& Total* *Rewards* will report directly to the Chief People Officer. This team member is responsible for the systems, tools, and infrastructure that power Synapse Health's People function; maturing the HR technology stack, leading compensation strategy and analysis in close partnership with the Chief People Officer and building the shared services foundation that allows the People team to operate efficiently and scale.

What You Will Do

:

• Own the strategy and roadmap for maturing the HR technology stack, including the HRIS and adjacent tools, in coordination with the VP of People Operations and existing HRIS evaluation efforts.
• Lead the People team's approach to AI enablement — identifying where AI can improve workflows, capability-building, and change adoption across the organization, while supporting Synapse Health's broader AI enablement strategy from a people and workforce readiness perspective. Partner directly with the Chief People Officer to shape and evolve the organization's compensation strategy and philosophy.
