We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of People to lead our human resources function with energy and purpose. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Lead talent sourcing efforts by designing effective recruitment campaigns, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing interview processes to attract diverse candidates.
• Supervise HR teams responsible for employee orientation, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development programs.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing through systems such as Workday or ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Manage employee relations by handling misconduct investigations, conflict resolution, and fostering a respectful workplace culture that promotes equal employment opportunity (EEO).
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and HR legal requirements across all HR practices.
• Utilize data analysis skills to monitor HR metrics, conduct audits for process improvement opportunities, and support strategic planning through insights derived from HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
