About the Position

Builders has built something rare: a highly engaged, cross-partisan community who are actively leaning in. The infrastructure is there. The audience is real. Now we need a strategic digital leader who knows how to take it to the next level as part of our forward-thinking Marketing team.

The Director of Digital Strategy sits at the center of four interconnected priorities: social strategy, paid media, audience insights, and platform growth. Developing and executing strategies across every platform that deepen engagement with our existing community while systematically expanding our reach to new audiences. That means owning how Builders shows up and scales across every channel - from Instagram and TikTok to YouTube, where there is a significant opportunity to build a strong, engaged presence - while ensuring every campaign and content decision is grounded in data and driving measurable results.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally at home in the data as they are in the cultural conversation. You know what makes audiences grow, what makes them stay, and what makes them act. You understand how platforms work - algorithmically, culturally, and commercially - and you bring the analytical rigor and creative instinct to turn that knowledge into compounding results.
