As NexForm's Corporate Controller, you'll lead accounting and financial reporting across our U.S. and Mexico operations. Why You'll Love This Role =============================

• Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting, and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate, timely reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting for U.S. and Mexico operations.
• Set accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage the annual audit and relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, and tax-related accounting.
• Build reporting tools and dashboards that improve visibility into performance.
• Support the CFO with analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Must-Haves

===============

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5+ years in accounting leadership.
• Multi-site or multi-entity accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, close processes, internal controls, and external audits.
• Strong ERP and financial reporting skills, plus the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to travel between NexForm facilities and other locations as needed.

Bonus points

* Manufacturing experience, including cost and inventory accounting. * Experience with U.S. and international operations.
