The Role

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer, reporting to the CEO, to lead the strategy and execution of the Viz.ai platform. This AI-native, multi-pathway platform brings together data from EHRs, imaging, and other hospital systems to create a unified system of action that ensures more patients get guideline directed care, faster; serving two end markets - health systems and life science.

This is a platform leadership role, not ownership of a single product or specialty. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, moves quickly, and can turn complex clinical and technical challenges into a clear, differentiated product strategy.

Success means transforming Viz.ai from a platform that hospitals deploy into one clinicians rely on every week. You'll be equally comfortable defining a multi-year product vision and spending time in hospitals observing how clinical workflows are adopted, ignored, or abandoned. This role extends beyond product leadership. You'll act as connective tissue across the business, operating at the board level, getting into the details other executives miss, and unafraid to challenge plans that don't hold up.
