Position Overview BME Strategies is seeking an operationally rigorous, highly collaborative, and deeply strategic Chief of Staff (CoS) to serve as a peer to our executive leadership team and report directly to the EVP / Managing Director. In this critical VP-level role, you will lead the execution of firm-wide priorities, drive key cross-functional strategic initiatives, manage capacity planning, and maximize overall leadership team effectiveness. The Chief of Staff operates as BME's central operational orchestrator, establishing a tight integration bridge between our delivery practices (led by our VP of Public Health), our commercial pipeline (led by our VP of Business Development), and our core business infrastructure (led by our VP of Finance & Operations). The CoS serves as direct supervisor to senior staff members with significant, high-visibility bodies of work, providing performance management, workload oversight, and professional development guidance.
