Job Description

Director of Sales – U.S. Healthcare RCM

Location

United States – Remote

Employment Type

Full-Time

Industry

U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Reporting To

CEO / Executive Leadership

BillingParadise 24x7 Inc. has delivered revenue cycle management for physician practices for over a decade, with US leadership and a delivery team in India. Our delivery is proven, and so is our marketing. An in-house growth team produces about 20 highly qualified first appointments a month, focused on the specialties we serve best and screened to protect your time. An offshore sales support team handles follow-up.

What we're missing is a senior seller whom a physician-owner trusts on first meeting. Practices don't buy RCM on a spreadsheet. They buy it from a person they trust with their revenue. That's this job. You won't be making cold calls. You'll take a full marketing and sales-support engine and turn it into signed clients.

What you'll own

  • Your number. You carry net-new contract value personally and close the deals yourself.
  • Qualified appointments. Marketing supplies about 20 a month, concentrated in orthopedics, podiatry and behavioral health. Prospects below our revenue threshold are screened out before they reach your calendar. You convert these meetings, and for any that don't fit, you give written feedback within 48 hours so targeting keeps improving.
  • A warm pipeline from day one. Qualified practices have already met us, described a real revenue problem, and not yet signed. That list is yours.
  • Direction of our offshore sales pod. On your pipeline, you decide who gets followed up, when, and with what message. You direct the work but don't manage headcount.
  • Targeting, as a peer to marketing. You meet weekly with our marketing team and bring your own account ideas. Each month you write a short note on which specialties and regions to prioritize next, and why.
  • Your referral network. At least 25% of your closed business should come through relationships you keep active: EHR partners, practice consultants, CPAs who serve physicians, association contacts, and clients who refer you. This is an ongoing network, not a one-time list.

Who we sell to

  • Independent practices in orthopedics, podiatry and behavioral health with at least $1.8M in annual insurance collections (about $150K a month or more). Buyers are owner-physicians, practice administrators and, in larger groups, controllers and CFOs. The model is outsourced, contingency-based RCM: we take over the practice's AR and are paid on what we collect.
  • This role is not for an enterprise-only executive who has primarily sold to large hospital systems or Fortune 500 healthcare organizations.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of US sales experience, including direct selling of outsourced billing or RCM services to physician practices. Software, clearinghouse or channel-only experience alone won't be enough.
  • Your own quota and closed numbers, year by year. Team or company totals don't count here.
  • Standing in the ambulatory market, with referral relationships that still produce. Experience in the eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, athenahealth or Tebra ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Specialty familiarity. Selling into orthopedics, podiatry or behavioral health is a strong plus. These buyers expect you to know their billing realities, from surgical coding and DME to authorizations and telehealth.
  • Consultative depth. You're comfortable discussing A/R and denials, in-house versus outsourced billing, coding support and patient collections.
  • Discipline to qualify on revenue. You size a practice's collections early and walk away from prospects below our threshold, including eager ones.
  • Pipeline discipline. You can hold 40–60 open opportunities and work everyone. We value follow-through, not just attendance at meetings.
  • A real history of partnering with marketing, including a marketing leader who would vouch for you.
  • Comfort with offshore delivery. You can handle the "why India?" conversation with confidence.
