Vice President, Operations

The Vice President, Operations is responsible for building a high-performing leadership team and developing and driving the Fluid Management Operations vision. This executive leader will have responsibility for the Fluid Management manufacturing network, comprised of four manufacturing sites and more than 380 employees, with direct leadership of the Site Leaders responsible for each location. The Vice President is committed to achieving key performance indicator targets and fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement across the network. This role ensures that operational procedures, policies, and standards are aligned with corporate objectives while cultivating a strong cross-site environment for collaboration, best-practice sharing, and procedural harmonization. The Vice President will collaborate closely with senior leadership and the broader operations organization to drive improvements in safety, quality, customer experience, productivity, efficiency, capacity, and inventory performance across the Fluid Management Network, while supporting long-term growth and operational excellence initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operations and manufacturing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to Director-level Site Leaders and their respective leadership teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, productivity, inventory management, and cost performance.
• Oversee manufacturing processes, capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and achieve company goals while providing expertise and guidance on operational strategy, investments, and systems.
• Establish and maintain quality standards that meet regulatory, customer, and industry requirements.
