Marceco also has field sales and account management professionals located throughout the United States who work directly with our Boost Mobile retailers and dealers. Position Summary The Vice President of Wireless Distribution is the leader of the Marceco business unit and a member of the Company's executive leadership team. This individual is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the business, with accountability across sales, distribution operations, customer support, supply chain, sales support, and related business functions. The Vice President will develop and execute strategies that align with Jada Enterprises' short- and long-term objectives while maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This individual will lead the Marceco team in delivering sustainable revenue and profitability growth, operational excellence, and a strong customer experience. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the Vice President will help establish business priorities, translate strategy into actionable plans, and ensure alignment across sales, operations, and shared services. The role will require a leader who can balance strategic thinking with strong execution, build high-performing teams, develop customer and dealer relationships, and identify opportunities to strengthen Marceco's position and drive continued growth. The Vice President will also play an important role in shaping the future direction of Marceco as part of Jada Enterprises, contributing to the broader enterprise strategy while maintaining a strong focus on the unique opportunities and needs of the wireless distribution business.
Essential Responsibilities
* Provides overall leadership and direction for the Marceco business unit, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability for results. * Develops and executes strategies to support continued growth in the wireless distribution business, maintaining current knowledge of the marketplace, customers, competitors, suppliers, and industry trends. * Identifies opportunities to expand revenue, improve profitability, strengthen customer and dealer relationships, and enhance the Company's position within the wireless distribution marketplace. * Collaborates with the executive leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment between Marceco's business strategy and the Company's broader strategic objectives. * Translates strategic objectives into effective sales and distribution operating plans that achieve targeted revenue, profitability, service, and operational goals. * Provides leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process, ensuring appropriate sales and operational assumptions, alignment across functions, and accountability for achieving established financial objectives. * Regularly reviews financial and operating performance, identifies trends and opportunities, and takes appropriate action to improve business results. * Leads and develops the sales leadership team, including coaching Area Sales Directors and establishing a strong culture of accountability, performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Proactively manages the performance and development of Area Sales Directors and their respective regions, establishing clear objectives, targets, and measures of success. * Oversees the effective operation of Marceco's distribution infrastructure, including facilities, supply chain, customer support, onboarding, and sales support functions. * Ensures distribution operations are conducted in accordance with Company policies and procedures relating to security, health, safety, and regulatory requirements, taking action as necessary to minimize risk to employees and the business. * Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with key suppliers and strategic business partners. * Identifies and optimizes promotional, sales, and other market opportunities that support revenue growth and overall business performance. * Partners with People Operations to ensure effective people management practices, leadership development, employee engagement, and adherence to Company policies and procedures. * Works collaboratively with Finance and other shared-service functions to understand business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed business decisions. * Serves as a visible leader and representative of Marceco, promoting the Company's values and reinforcing a culture in which employees are encouraged to think and act like owners. * Participates as a member of the executive leadership team in broader Company initiatives, strategic planning, and organizational decision-making.

Supervision Received
Limited Direction: Works from overall policies, goals, and budgetary limits. Virtually self-supervising with direct accountability for final results.Supervisory Responsibilities: Advanced supervision: Determines work assignments, priorities, and procedures for subordinates. Responsible for assigning, scheduling, and ensuring the quality and quantity of work. Approves time off and schedule adjustments. Provides training and coaching This role can be performed remotely. Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree specializing in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of senior leadership experience within the wireless industry required, preferably in the prepaid Channel.
- Experience leading teams across multiple functions and/or geographic locations.
- Experience developing and executing business strategy, financial plans, and growth initiatives.
- Experience within wireless, telecommunications, distribution, retail, or a related industry preferred.
