The Vice President Data & Analytics leads the strategic direction, delivery, and operational maturity of RPM Living's Data & Analytics organization within Product & Engineering. This role partners directly with the SVP, Data & Analytics to build and scale internal data engineering, analytics, and governance capabilities, reducing reliance on third-party contractors while establishing RPM Living as a data-driven, insight-led organization. Responsibilities: * Serve as the senior operating leader for the Data & Analytics team, translating the SVP's vision into staffing plans, delivery roadmaps, and quarterly priorities. * Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing enterprise priorities and translating business strategy into actionable data, analytics, and technology initiatives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders, effectively communicating complex data and technology concepts, surfacing business implications, and driving alignment on strategic decisions. * Own end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold/semantic layers) in partnership with the Data Engineering Lead and Lead Data Architect. * Directly manage and develop a team spanning data engineering, analytics/BI, data governance, and QA, including performance management, career development, and org design. * Partner with business stakeholders across property ope
