The Vice President of Clinical Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight of clinical services. This role is responsible for setting and implementing the organization's clinical strategy, ensuring high-quality and compliant care, and supporting consistent clinical standards across all programs. The VP collaborates with executive leadership to align clinical priorities with operational, regulatory, and financial goals and advances performance, outcomes, and innovation throughout the organization. For Silverline programs, the VP of Clinical Ops also has the responsibility of the programs overall clinical quality; and ensuing compliance and safety standards are met by supporting training initiatives, clinical program excellence and safety audits.
