Job Description

You will be a great fit if you have:

At least 5 years of experience - Finance Administration for Freestanding ER's and/or Urgent Care Clinics or Hospitals, that have a partner component.

Experience with multi-state locations

Have a full understanding of partnership based finance functions/considerations/metrics

Position Overview

The Vice President of Finance - JV & MSA Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the finance function supporting Intuitive Health’s JV & MSA emergency and urgent care partnerships. This position allows for career growth within an innovative PE-backed healthcare managed service organization heavily focused on nationwide expansion.

The VP of Finance oversees a team of finance professionals responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and partner financial management across a growing national portfolio. This leader serves as a key liaison between Intuitive Health executive leadership, hospital partner finance teams, operations leadership, and private equity stakeholders to drive financial performance, operational scalability, and strategic decision-making.
