About the Role

Team Housing Solutions (THS) is seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial Vice President, Data Center Growth to build and lead THS’s business development strategy within the rapidly expanding data center market.

This executive will have primary responsibility for identifying, developing, capturing, and growing data center opportunities where THS can provide workforce housing, temporary facilities, hospitality, logistics, and other mission-critical support services throughout the data center construction lifecycle.

The Vice President will establish relationships with hyperscalers, data center developers, general contractors, EPC/EPCM firms, construction managers, infrastructure providers, and other key stakeholders responsible for developing and constructing large-scale data center campuses.

The position is expected to operate as the business owner for THS’s Data Center vertical, developing the market strategy, building the opportunity pipeline, cultivating executive relationships, shaping solutions, and converting opportunities into profitable long-term revenue. This position will serve as a critical contributor across the full lifecycle of the business vertical, from shaping strategy and actively driving sales to hands-on execution, including labor-intensive and detail-oriented work that requires direct ownership and cannot always be delegated.
