The Role

SH/FT is seeking an SVP of Global Technology Services to lead and scale our technology delivery practice across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and web engineering. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, develops processes with clarity, works cross-functionally by default, and is energized by building client relationships. You will own the quality, margin, and strategic direction of our technology services engagements from pre-sale through delivery, while unifying a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and platform experts into a single, scalable practice.

This is not a role for someone who needs a fully defined playbook. It requires a leader who can move between executive strategy and hands-on execution when it counts, drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority, and bring clarity and momentum to complex, evolving client engagements spanning martech platform configuration to web and email engineering.
