About the Team
The primary focus of this role will be to help run key initiatives across Business Cards and Payments to help integrate the Brex acquisition. This will include bringing Brex’s B2B Software to Capital One’s ecosystem. Additionally, building a TPM practice for the Business Cards and Payments domain across Personal Liability and Corporate Liability Cards.
Mentor and develop TPM leaders, fostering a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and delivery accountability.
Our TPM Sr. Directors have
- Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle
- Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers with a mission to power real-time, intelligent experiences for our customers and associates
- Lead technology focused discussions with senior leadership by providing valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
- A quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to h
