Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead the high performance Product Marketing Team at ExtraHop.

Security operations are being rebuilt around AI agents, and the industry has not yet agreed on what those agents should be trusted to do. ExtraHop is at the center of that question. In August 2026, CEO Greg Clark and 15 founding technology partners launched the Agentic SOC Alliance to define an open architecture for machine-speed defense, built on three layers: Context, Harness and Model. ExtraHop owns Context, the evidence layer that everything downstream depends on.

That is the story this leader gets to tell, and it is a rare one. Most product marketing roles are about differentiating inside a category that someone else defined. This one is about helping define the category while the market is still forming its language for it.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Director of Product Marketing owns how ExtraHop is understood in the market: the positioning, the messaging architecture, the competitive narrative, and the go-to-market motion behind every launch. You will lead and grow the product marketing team,
