Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Service Delivery Vice President to lead our technology and IT service operations. This executive role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality technology services, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience, particularly in technology project management, cloud infrastructure, and technical architecture, while demonstrating strong leadership in executive settings. This role requires a proactive approach to service excellence, innovation—including AI initiatives—and effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technology team to ensure efficient delivery of IT services aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee IT management functions, including infrastructure, security, and operational support.
• Drive cross-functional communication to facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
• Develop and oversee technical architecture strategies that support scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Manage complex technical projects and programs, including supervising technical project managers and ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Implement best practices in project management to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes.
• Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as AI into service delivery models.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical infrastructure investments and upgrades.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define service standards, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience within the technology sector, with a proven track record of leading large-scale teams.
• Extensive experience in IT management, including cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
• Strong background in technical architecture development and implementation.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.
• Project management expertise in leading complex technology projects and programs.
• Supervisory experience overseeing technical project managers or similar roles.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application within service delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development, operational excellence, and change management.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
