How you'll make an impact

• Managing the Great Lakes Region for the A & P practice.
• Managing a book of business and reoccurring revenue in the Great Lakes Region
• Managing – Account Executive – who is responsible for RFP’s – Direct Report
• Growing the revenue in the Great Lakes Region by building strong relationships with your assigned H&B producers.
• Partnering with H&B producers in the Great Lakes Region on NEW LOGO opportunities.
• A Key Member of the Absence & Productivity Leadership Team
• Traveling to assigned offices to build the A & P brand both internally and externally.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
