Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations

### THE ROLE.

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations who will be successful in this role has an entrepreneurial spirit and will be responsible for evolving the scale, efficiency and effective management of our vendor and distribution network (3PL, warehousing and transportation) as well as inventory storage functions for our omni-channel direct-to-consumer business (ecommerce, wholesale, and retail).

You will be responsible for all processes and budget with expectations for delivering both short-term and long-term priorities and plans. The right person needs to be a driven yet compassionate leader with the proven ability to successfully motivate, mentor and develop a team to represent Operational Excellence across the Glossier brand. You will work closely with our internal teams to lead and develop a first-class supply chain that supports Glossier's growth and expansion, both domestically and internationally. Omni-channel beauty industry experience is a must with a preference for candidates who have previously worked in fragrance, make-up and/or skincare.
