About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Sales Enablement to serve as a key strategic leader within our Commercial organization. In this role, you will define and execute the global enablement vision, scaling our programs to support rapid growth and ensuring our GTM teams are equipped to win in a complex marketplace.

You will drive high-level cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, turning organizational strategy into field execution.

You'll report directly to the CRO and work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to make sure every seller new or tenured has what they need to sell effectively.
