Experian's Global Identity & Fraud portfolio
helps protect digital interactions across financial services and other industries. Digital Intelligence encompasses device, behavioral, agent and network-risk signals that support fraud detection and real-time decisioning.
As Senior Director, Digital Intelligence, you will oversee the global product portfolio end to end, including signal strategy, collection technologies, APIs and data contracts. You will set the roadmap, lead product managers across regions, and be accountable for detection outcomes, customer adoption and commercial performance. This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Set the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Digital Intelligence across web, mobile and API products, with measurable goals for coverage, detection performance and latency.
- Define how device, behavioral, agent and network-risk signals are collected, scored and delivered into Experian's orchestration and decisioning products.
- Lead the SDK, tag, mobile collection and API roadmap, including versioning, migration and deprecation practices that support stable customer integrations.
- Guide detection strategy for bot abuse, account takeover, synthetic identity and new-account fraud using device, behavioral and network signals.
- Advance agent intelligence by distinguishing legitimate automated agents, genuine users and malicious automation across onboarding, login and payment journeys.
- Lead a multi-region product management team and align global partners on shared roadmap priorities, governance and product standards.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Privacy, Legal and go-to-market teams to balance coverage, accuracy, latency, consent and regulatory requirements across markets.
