• Strategy, built together. You'll partner with our leaders to shape the People & Culture strategy for our next chapter, and you'll drive the programs and systems that bring it to life.
• Room to grow across the talent lifecycle. We're hiring hard across every function and the bar is high. You'll help sharpen how we attract and hire great people, with room to take on more of the talent lifecycle as you deliver.
• A voice in the big decisions. You'll work alongside leaders across the business on org design, compensation, succession
