Summary of the Role

The Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Regional Practice Leader, is responsible for growing, strengthening, and leading Core States Group's regional civil engineering practices across the West Region.

This leader will build strong teams, expand client relationships, develop leaders, improve practice performance, and drive sustainable growth across Core States Group's regional businesses. The right candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business judgement, technical credibility, and the ability to build trust with clients, teams, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and grow regional civil engineering practices across the West Region with accountability for client service, team performance, overall financial performance, quality, and sustainable growth. * Develop and execute regional practice strategies aligned with Core States Group’s business objectives, market opportunities, and client priorities. * Strengthen local brand recognition, operational density, cultural density, and regional market presence in priority office markets. * Identify growth opportu
