Position Summary

The Senior Director, Field Operations & Integration is responsible for driving operational excellence across United Aesthetics Alliance's growing portfolio of plastic surgery practices and medical spas while leading the successful integration of newly acquired practices into the UAA platform.

This leader serves as the primary operational partner to Practice Administrators and physician leaders, helping practices improve financial performance, operational consistency, workforce effectiveness, and patient experience. The role also leads operational due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and de novo practice launches, ensuring every new practice successfully transitions into a high-performing UAA business.

Success in this role requires an experienced multi-site healthcare operator who is equally comfortable coaching field leaders, analyzing business performance, leading operational change, and executing complex integrations.
