Summary

The Territory Director, Corporate Partnerships serves as the primary corporate partnerships lead responsible for executing the corporate partnerships strategy and achieving revenue goals within the assigned territory. Through close collaboration with cross functional teams, this role is responsible for the strategic leadership of multi-regional and national 6+ figure partnerships, driving new partners to our mission and expanding existing relationships. This role includes direct supervision of the Corporate Partnerships Director and is responsible for meeting individual revenue goals through management of a personal portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and own corporate partnership development working closely with regional and national cross functional teams to identify emerging corporate trends to cultivate and close meaningful, strategic partnerships.
• Serves as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of priority corporations responsible for an identified individual revenue goal.
• Drive revenue growth by securing six+ figure partnerships, ensuring customized solutions and outstanding delivery in collaboration with account teams.
• Provide direct oversight, coaching and strategic guidance to Director, Corporate Partnerships staff within assigned Territory.
