The Senior Director of Client Services is responsible for advancing Businessolver's Client Services strategy, driving organizational performance, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role partners with executive leadership to strengthen client satisfaction, improve operational effectiveness, support organizational effectiveness, and enable long-term business growth.

The Senior Director provides executive oversight for strategic client relationships, enterprise-level initiatives, business transformation efforts, and organizational priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
