S2 Pass is a school-focused digital payments platform that helps K–12 organizations manage athletic ticketing, concessions, school fees, season passes, financial reporting, and other campus transactions. Our goal is to make collecting and managing school payments easier for administrators while providing a simple experience for families and fans.

About the Role

S2 Pass is seeking a retired athletic director or experienced former school administrator to serve as a part-time School Athletics Outreach Consultant.

This is a relationship-building and meeting-setting position—not a traditional sales role. You will use your knowledge of school athletics and your existing professional network to introduce S2 Pass to athletic directors and other school decision-makers.

Your responsibility ends once a qualified meeting is scheduled. The S2 Pass sales team will conduct the demonstration, manage follow-up, prepare proposals, and close the opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with athletic directors, district administrators, and other school leaders within your region
• Introduce S2 Pass and explain why a short conversation with our team may be valuable
• Schedule qualified meetings for the S2 Pass sales team
• Provide helpful background before each meeting
• Make professional follow-up contacts when necessary
• Maintain a simple record of outreach activity and scheduled meetings
• Communicate regularly with the assigned S2 Pass sales representative
• Represent S2 Pass professionally within the school athletics community

Performance Expectations

• Schedule at least 10 qualified meetings per quarter
• Focus on meetings with athletic directors, district athletic administrators, finance leaders, or other individuals involved in selecting ticketing and payment systems
