we have an opportunity for a Regional Vice President (Partner Programs) to join our team. This is a business development role working directly with our custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors in an assigned territory. The primary goal is to close and successfully transition clients to a WEG Advisor. This role offers excellent growth opportunity with a high-performing team, as well as a remote work environment. Candidates should reside within the territory (Boston Area / New England).

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. The expected pay range, in the first year, for this RVP position is $225,000 - $250,000 annually. This range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; the company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting.
