About this Position

Net at Work is seeking a strategic and operationally strong Practice Director to lead and scale our Sage Intacct Practice. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall success of the practice, including strategy, delivery excellence, client outcomes, team leadership, operational performance, and profitable growth.

The Practice Director will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance, and Alliances to strengthen Net at Work’s Sage Intacct market position and client delivery capabilities.

This role requires a leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to the business operationally — someone who understands consulting delivery, practice economics, ERP implementations, and how to build scalable teams and processes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, direction, and growth of the Sage Intacct Practice.
• Drive practice revenue, utilization, profitability, backlog management, and delivery performance.
• Oversee staffing strategy, forecasting, capacity planning, and operational KPIs.
