Remote | Contract / Temporary Compensation: $500 per month

About the Role

Shah Equity is seeking individuals for a Nominee Director – Administrative Representative position involving administrative representation associated with business entities and designated brokerage accounts used in connection with trading operations.

The Nominee Director does not make trading decisions or manage trading strategy. Trading operations are handled by Shah Equity and its designated systems/personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Complete required entity and account setup documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining designated business entities and brokerage accounts.
  • Serve in an administrative representative capacity as required by applicable agreements.
  • Receive and appropriately handle routine business, LLC, or brokerage correspondence sent to the designated mailing address.
  • Maintain required records and documentation.
  • Respond to appropriate administrative correspondence from financial institutions and service providers.
  • Complete required forms and administrative certifications.
  • Maintain applicable registered-agent or representative responsibilities.
  • Communicate with Shah Equity regarding administrative matters related to designated accounts.
  • Follow all applicable company procedures and contractual requirements.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience involving legitimate financial-services representative or brokerage-account arrangements are particularly encouraged to apply.

Relevant experience includes

  • Brokerage account administration
  • Investment or trading operations
  • Financial-services operations
  • Authorized representative roles
  • Nominee or representative structures
  • Entity administration involving brokerage accounts
  • Administrative roles involving business-owned investment accounts
  • Experience with arrangements where another party manages trading activity while the representative handles designated administrative responsibilities

Experience with legally structured arrangements involving brokerage accounts and third-party trading management is strongly preferred.

Mail Handling

Some Nominee Director assignments may require receiving routine business, LLC, or brokerage correspondence at the designated mailing address and forwarding or responding to it as instructed under the applicable agreement.

What This Role Does Not Involve

The Nominee Director is not responsible for trading decisions, investment strategy, portfolio management, or execution of trades.

Shah Equity is responsible for trading operations and related strategy. Nominee Director responsibilities are administrative and defined by applicable agreements.

Compensation

  • $500 per month
  • Compensation is for administrative responsibilities under the applicable agreement.
  • Payment is subject to onboarding and ongoing program requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to complete detailed administrative documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional and reliable communication
  • Comfort with financial and business documentation
  • Previous brokerage, investment, financial-services, or entity-administration experience preferred
  • US citizen
  • Texas resident
  • At least 18 years old
