As we continue to expand our national footprint, we are seeking an accomplished National Director of Strategic Growth to lead our new business development strategy and drive market expansion.

This is an executive leadership opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who knows how to open markets, build high-value healthcare partnerships, and turn opportunities into measurable growth.

You will play a critical role in expanding NIVA Health's Wound Care Division, with an immediate strategic focus on growing our presence across the Southeast (Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina), Midwest (Michigan), and South Central (Texas) markets.

About the Role

The National Director of Strategic Growth leads NIVA Health's new business development efforts across the country, with a focus on acquiring new facility partnerships and expanding our market footprint.

You will lead a team of Market Development Executives, develop enterprise-level growth strategies, negotiate complex healthcare agreements, and partner directly with Executive Leadership to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

This role is focused on new business—not account management. Once a new account is successfully implemented, ownership transitions to our Account Management team, allowing you to remain focused on what you do best: **developing new business, opening new market
