About us Bales Health Systems is a telehealth dermatology practice on its own custom EMR, delivering virtual skin care to patients across the country under physician-led protocols. Role summary You will serve as Medical Director for our multi-state telehealth dermatology practice, responsible for clinical oversight and quality. Key responsibilities - Provide medical oversight of clinical operations and providers across multiple states - Review and approve clinical protocols - Supervise and support providers - Oversee and perform prescribing through e-prescribing workflows - Help keep care in line with each state's telehealth and prescribing rules Qualifications - MD or DO, board certified (dermatology preferred) - Already licensed in all 50 states and DC, or as many as possible (strong preference for most or all). You maintain your own state medical licenses (renewals, CME, fees) as your responsibility - Comfortable with e-prescribing workflows and a custom EMR - Telehealth experience preferred - Willing to complete credentialing and background checks Compensation: Negotiable, depending on experience Location: Remote How to apply: Apply through Indeed with your CV and a list of your current state licenses (state and license number).
