Market & Competitive Insights, Sales Enablement

Reporting to Executive Director and an integral part of Caremark’s Sales Enablement organization, this role sits at the intersection of market strategy, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and executive decision-making.

This is much more than a traditional competitive intelligence role. We’re building a capability designed to anticipate where the market is going, translate external signals into actionable insight, and bring that intelligence to decision-makers across the enterprise.

The Director will have significant visibility across CVS Health, partnering with senior leaders to understand emerging market dynamics, competitive shifts and strategic implications, and will help us turn intelligence into action. This role will make the most of available technology by reimagining market intelligence work alongside AI: how we collect signals, identify patterns, synthesize information and deliver the right insights to leaders at the right moment.
