Your role, your impact

As a Healthcare Managing Director, you’ll drive strategic growth and successful client outcomes across Alithya’s Oracle Healthcare Practice. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, leading complex Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM pursuits from qualification through contracting while remaining actively engaged throughout delivery to ensure client satisfaction, value realization, and long-term account growth. Leveraging your expertise in healthcare transformation, Oracle Cloud applications, program management, and consulting, you’ll partner with Healthcare Practice Leadership, Account Executives, Delivery Leaders, and Oracle subject matter experts to guide large-scale transformation initiatives, build executive relationships, drive bookings growth, and help healthcare organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through successful Oracle Cloud implementations.

Your day-to-day

• Lead complex Oracle Healthcare pursuits from qualification through contract execution, including RFP responses, solution strategy, oral presentations, pricing, statement of work development, and commercial negotiations;
• Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with healthcare leaders, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the transformation lifecycle;
• Serve as the executive engagement lead for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM transformation initiatives, ensuring successful client outcomes from pursuit through value realization;
• Provide strategic oversight and governance for large-scale healthcare transformation programs;
• Advise healthcare organizations on Oracle Cloud strategy, operating models, business process transformation, implementation approaches, and organizational readiness;
• Drive quality engagements by applying Oracle Cloud program management, implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices;
• Bridge the gap between sales and delivery by ensuring a seamless transition from pursuit to implementation while maintaining executive sponsorship and client satisfaction;
• Partner closely with Healthcare Practice leaders, Account Executives, Presales teams, and ERP, HCM, and EPM Delivery Leaders to develop winning solutions and deliver exceptional client experiences;
• Collaborate with Oracle, client stakeholders, and third-party partners to mitigate risks, accelerate transformation outcomes, and maximize business value;
• Support the growth of Alithya’s Oracle Healthcare Practice through account expansion, thought leadership, client references, market development, and achievement of bookings and revenue objectives.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with 15+ years of Oracle experience and deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM solutions;
• Proven success leading and/or selling Oracle Cloud transformation programs within healthcare provider organizations, including large-scale, multi-hospital ERP and HCM migrations;
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, governance, deployment strategy, program management, and value realization;
• Experience spanning both business development and delivery leadership with success achieving bookings targets while effectively managing scope, profitability, and client outcomes;
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and senior stakeholders through executive presence, consultative leadership, and exceptional communication skills;
• Recognized as a collaborative and strategic leader with strong commercial judgment, accountability for results, and a commitment to long-term client success.
