Role Overview

The Head of Growth Marketing owns two sides of the same flywheel: the creator network and the enterprise brand campaigns it powers. Client delivery and fulfillment succeed end to end when creators are thriving, engaged, and earning. That flywheel is yours.

On one side, you own the growth engine: the profile of the brand, creator acquisition across every persona, and the health of the community everything depends on. On the other, you make sure that engine delivers. The team owns campaign execution; you hold them accountable to it, ensuring the community and growth systems work as one flywheel so that when a client campaign needs the network, the network is read
