Bmore Studio works across the creator economy, content, and social commerce. We are building our e-commerce business around livestream shopping, shoppable short-form videos, and creator partnerships that help brands and merchants reach customers and generate sales.

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Head of E-commerce to build and lead our TikTok Shop and broader creator commerce business.You will lead the overall e-commerce business, including business development, team structure, manager development, and operating performance.

You will manage e-commerce managers and specialists, connect brands and merchants with hosts and creators, and turn business priorities into clear team plans and measurable results.

The business focuses on livestream shopping and content-driven commerce. You will work directly with merchants on products and commercial opportunities while recruiting and managing the hosts and creators who bring those products to audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1.Build and operate the business

  • Develop a practical launch and growth plan for TikTok Shop and related creator commerce opportunities.
  • Set business priorities, operating budgets, campaign plans, and performance targets with leadership.
  • Own day-to-day execution and commercial performance, including revenue, operating costs,and profitability.
  • Establish repeatable workflows for merchant onboarding, creator recruitment, campaign delivery, and reporting.

2.Recruit and lead the team

  • Build and lead the e-commerce team, including managers and specialists responsible for host and creator management, livestream operations, short-form content, and merchant coordination.
  • Personally recruit, assess, onboard, and develop livestream hosts and commerce creators.
  • Set clear responsibilities, schedules, performance expectations, and coaching routines.
  • Build a dependable roster of hosts and creators suited to different products and audiences.

3.Develop merchant and brand partnerships

  • Identify and onboard brands and merchants interested in creator-led sales, including cross-border brands entering the U.S. market.
  • Understand their products, target customers, pricing, margins, and promotional goals.
  • Negotiate campaign scope, service fees, commission arrangements, and deliverables within approved parameters.
  • Coordinate product samples, product information, inventory readiness, fulfillment responsibilities, and campaign timing with merchant partners.

4.Run livestream commerce

Plan livestream calendars, host assignments, product lineups, offers, and promotional activities.

Coordinate scripts, product demonstrations, host preparation, and live production needs.

Oversee live sessions and coach hosts using actual performance and audience feedback.

Test and improve presentation, engagement, product sequencing, and sales conversion.

5.Grow short-form and creator commerce

  • Recruit and activate creators for shoppable videos and affiliate collaborations.
  • Coordinate briefs, samples, posting schedules, product links, and deliverables.
  • Develop content approaches that connect product benefits with audience interests.
  • Organize campaign promotion and coordinate paid support where appropriate and within budget.

6.Manage operations and improve results

  • Oversee TikTok Shop operations, product listings, campaign setup, and account health where managed by Bmore.
  • Coordinate with merchants and service partners on order issues, fulfillment, returns, and customer experience.
  • Track sales, conversion, creator productivity, refunds, campaign costs, and Bmore’s revenueand margin.
  • Maintain clear records for merchant billing, creator commissions, and payment reconciliation with finance.
  • Review results regularly and turn findings into specific operating improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience operating an e-commerce business or program, ideally 3 years or more, with personal responsibility for launches, daily operations, and sales results.
  • Practical experience with livestream commerce, shoppable short-form content, or creator affiliate commerce.
  • Demonstrated leadership: experience recruiting, coaching, and managing a small team, hosts, or creators against clear goals.
  • Ability to explain campaigns you personally operated, the decisions you made, and the results you achieved.
  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort working with sales, conversion, costs, commissions, and margins.
  • Strong communication and organization skills across merchant, creator, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, build processes from the ground up, and remain closely involved in execution.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience with TikTok Shop in the U.S. market.
  • Experience recruiting and managing livestream shopping hosts or affiliate creators.
  • Existing relationships with brands, merchants, hosts, or commerce creators.
  • Experience helping cross-border brands reach U.S. consumers.
  • Experience launching a new commerce program or growing a small operating team.

  • A reliable team and an active roster of productive hosts and creators.
  • Consistent livestream and shoppable video output.
  • Growth in sales and Bmore’s revenue, supported by disciplined cost and margin management.
  • Strong merchant retention and dependable execution.
  • Clear visibility into conversion, refunds, creator performance, and campaign economics.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary

: USD 110,000–130,000, depending on experience.

Performance bonus

: Additional bonus opportunities based on business and individual performance.

Business development commission

: Project-based commissions for bringing in new clients or business.

401(k)

: Eligible to participate after 12 months of full-time employment, subject to plan terms.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
