The Vice President, Global Marketing, Critical Care is responsible for driving sustainable growth, portfolio value creation, and market leadership for the global Critical Care business. As a key member of the business leadership team, this role defines and executes the global portfolio strategy while leading innovation, commercialization, and lifecycle management across the handheld and benchtop blood gas portfolio.

The VP serves as the voice of the customer and market within the organization, translating healthcare, customer, and competitive insights into strategic priorities, investment decisions, and commercial actions that deliver long-term business value. This leader is accountable for partnering across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Organizations to ensure innovation investments, portfolio decisions, and go-to-market strategies are aligned with both near-term performance objectives and long-term growth ambitions.

Success in this role will be measured by portfolio growth, market share expansion, successful commercialization of innovation, customer adoption, profitability, and the development of a high-performing global marketing organization.
