The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is a strategically focused, hands-on leader who will own our comprehensive total rewards strategy, including ownership of compensation and benefits, to attract, motivate, and retain talent at Evolve. This is an exciting opportunity to improve our compensation philosophy and program, lead a focused team, and shape initiatives that align with our business results and culture. What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a team (1 Leave Administrator and 1 Total Rewards Analyst) setting direction, building capability, and staying hands-on alongside them.
• Own the design and evolution of Evolve's compensation philosophy and program architecture, including job architecture, pay grades, and salary ranges that reflect internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and leaders on real-time compensation decisions — new hires, promotions, transfers, and merit cycles — with autonomy.
• Drive the design and administration of incentive plans (annual bonus and commission), partnering with Finance, Sales Operations, and Payroll on plan documents and payout execution.
