Head of Communications

This role serves as Simbe’s editorial and communications leader, translating business strategy into narratives, programs, executive platforms, and market influence that strengthen the company’s reputation, accelerate commercial growth, and reinforce its leadership in physical AI. ### Responsibilities

1. Narrative & Messaging

*Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across every public-facing asset.*

• Partner with the SVP of Market to define key storylines and messaging architecture that support Simbe’s business goals, GTM strategy, and corporate narrative.
• Serve as editor-in-chief across corporate and executive communications, ensuring every launch, campaign, announcement, research report, and asset reinforces a consistent company narrative.
• Identify and develop new narrative opportunities based on market trends, customer success, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, including proactive workforce narratives that elevate retail work.
• With crossfunctional partners, translate Simbe’s competitive positioning and category strategy into compelling external narratives across communications programs.

2. Executive Communications

*Build executive platforms that reinforce Simbe’s market leadership.*

• Develop executive communications strategies, messaging, and platforms for company executives, Strategic Advisory Board members, Board members, partners, and customer executives.
• Own the company thought leadership content calendar, partnering closely with Product Marketing to distill the editorial calendar into owned and earned thought leadership opportunities.
• Partner with the SVP of Market, PR agency, and key executives to maximize executive visibility through speaking engagements, media interviews, podcasts, contributed content, social media, and cross-channel amplification.

3. Corporate Communications
