We are seeking a Director/Sr. Director, Digital Strategy to lead high-impact digital and AI-enabled transformation engagements for leading healthcare accounts.

This role is a senior client-facing leader, partnering with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape enterprise digital and AI strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants and digital practitioners, and translating strategy into new operating models and measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in business development, partnering with the Growth team to identify, scope, and win new business.
