We’re looking for an experienced Director, Sponsor Marketing Promotional Opportunities to lead the vision, development and delivery of high-impact sponsorship activations and experiential opportunities across our client programmes.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn a sponsorship opportunity into a compelling experience — connecting attendee needs, client objectives and sponsor outcomes, while bringing ideas to life through creative thinking, production expertise, innovation and flawless execution.

###### What you'll be doing

###### Sponsorship Activation & Experience Design

• Lead the development of traditional and innovative Marketing Promotional Opportunities (MPOs) and experiential sponsorship programmes that enhance attendee engagement and deliver meaningful sponsor impact.
• Develop integrated sponsorship experiences that align with the attendee journey while balancing creativity, innovation, commercial return and sponsor objectives.
