### Overview

The Director of Client Services will oversee a cross-functional team responsible for delivering and optimizing Enterra's solutions for a defined portfolio of clients. This role will serve as the primary liaison between these clients, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Director/Senior Director of Client Services, you will

• Lead the delivery of Enterra's business solutions by overseeing end-to-end project management and ensuring successful implementation for clients.
• Analyze and partner with clients to transform business processes through the integration and activation of Enterra's business solutions.
• Provide input to the technological development of Enterra's solution offerings.
• Educate client stakeholders at all levels on the Enterra platform, tailored business solutions, and insights specific to their organization.
• Assist the multi-faceted team with combining machine learning, artificial intelligence (ontologies, inference engines and rules) and natural language processing.
