We’re looking for a Director of Treasury to serve as Colibri Group’s senior treasury leader, with ownership across cash forecasting, working capital, leverage and liquidity management, lender reporting, and financial risk oversight.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible and hands-on leadership role. You will help ensure we understand where cash is coming from, where it is going, how effectively we are managing working capital, and how our liquidity and leverage position supports the broader financial strategy of the company.

We’re looking for abuilder, someone who has successfully created, rebuilt, or significantly improved treasury processes and can operate effectively without extensive handholding. You should be equally comfortable working in detailed financial models, coordinating information across the organization, engaging with lenders and executives, and translating complex financial information into clear actions and recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and continuously improve Colibri’s 13-week rolling cash flow forecast, including detailed visibility into receivables, payables, payroll, capital expenditures, debt service, and other key cash drivers
• Own enterprise working capital and liquidity management, including DSO, DPO, net working capital, free cash flow initiatives, scenario planning
