Working with fleets of every size, the Vomela Transportation team manages branding as an ongoing system—consistent color to G7 standards, durable materials, and coordinated nationwide installation—so a customer's brand shows up the same way across every vehicle, market, and year. Pay Range

$125,000 - 175,000, DOE

Job Summary

The Director of Sales is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and strengthening customer partnerships. This role develops and executes sales strategies that expand existing accounts, win new business, and support Vomela's growth objectives. Working closely with operations, marketing, finance, and executive leadership, the Director of Sales ensures a consultative, customer-focused approach that delivers innovative solutions and exceptional client experiences.

We're seeking a results-driven sales leader with experience in fleet or vehicle graphics, large-format printing, signage, branded environments, experiential marketing, or related visual-communications industries. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and a passion for building teams, developing client relationships, and driving growth in a project-driven, multi-location manufacturing environment.
