Cerrowire is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director for the East. This is a remote position which will require up to 60% travel. The Sales Director will maintain existing and grow new relationships with customers in the electrical distribution channel within a specified geography or account base.Major Responsibilities / Activities: ========================================

• Manage E.D. accounts for performance and profitability.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively address those needs.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts via most effective product placement and promotional opportunities
• Maintain pricing changes as related to product categories and agreed upon price change levels
• Work with Data Analyst to review sales, trends, and opportunities
• Monthly reporting requested from customers, including but not limited to Fill Rate Reports, Shipments & Tracking vs. Goals for quarterly or annual rebate.
• Process and issue quotations based upon desired company results
• Manage Manufacturer’s Representatives (Reps) in specified territory including budgeting, sales vs. plan, pricing strategy, support customer events, contractor engagement, etc.
• Plan and participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, customer events, etc.
• Host customers for Cerrowire plant tours to showcase the company’s abilities, people, value, and culture
• Coordinate efforts and communicate with Technical Sales and Innovation team personnel in support of company’s contractor-facing strategy
