Job Summary

The Director of Sales will lead sales strategy, customer development, channel performance, forecasting, and commercial execution for the Motec, VIS, and NCC product lines within AMETEK’s Instrumentation, Controls & Vision Systems (ICVS) business unit. This role is responsible for delivering profitable growth, achieving orders and sales targets, improving margin performance, strengthening customer relationships, and building disciplined commercial processes across Motec, VIS, and NCC. The Director will work closely with business unit leadership, product management, customer service, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, distributors, representatives, OEM customers, and key end users to develop and execute growth plans that support the ICVS strategic plan.
