JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics is a highly visible corporate-level leadership role responsible for turning revenue cycle data into actionable business insight for Surgery Partners' ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), surgical hospitals, and corporate revenue cycle teams. The Director establishes and advances the revenue cycle analytics strategy, ensures consistent and accurate measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and partners with operational and executive leaders to identify performance opportunities, understand root causes, and support measurable improvement.

This role serves as the bridge between revenue cycle business needs and analytics solutions. The Director must understand how core revenue cycle measures are calculated, recognize the operational drivers behind performance, translate business questions into clear reporting and dashboard requirements, and communicate findings in a way that enables leaders to take action.
