As the inaugural R&D Leader – North America, you will operate at the cutting edge of power engineering, grid intelligence, and critical infrastructure. This is a highly visible, strategic mandate: you will directly shape the next generation of solutions, influence global R&D directives alongside European engineering headquarters, and serve as the paramount technical authority for the region's most strategic enterprise clients.

$180,000 - $220,000 with a 20% target annual bonus

Responsibilities

You will serve as our principal technical authority in North America bridging customer needs, regional strategy, and global R&D. Working across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and our global headquarters engineering teams, you’ll translate real-world field insights into commercial product requirements.

• Drive the Regional R&D Strategy: Build an R&D roadmap grounded in market trends, strategic customer feedback, and global goals. You’ll anticipate emerging requirements in critical infrastructure, AI data centers, and industrial power, building structured business cases and technical proposals to act on them.
