JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Product Management owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IMS's proprietary technology suite in translating the firm's 30-year base of litigation and case outcome expertise into modern, AI-enabled products. This role sits at the intersection of legal services domain expertise and technical product leadership: it requires someone who can both set a defensible multi-year product strategy and get into the details of requirements, prioritization, and delivery with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. The Director will initially serve as an individual contributor and foundational product leader, establishing product management best practices and operating rhythms while helping define the long-term organizational structure for the product function as the company scales.
