About the Role We are looking for a Director of Product to own the Banking workstream end to end — setting the strategy, leading the roadmap, and driving execution for our banking and payments products across customer onboarding and experience, transaction processing, treasury solutions, and card issuance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks like a strategist but is happy to roll up their sleeves: shaping ambiguous, complex initiatives into clear scope, writing PRDs and user stories themselves when needed, and building the team, processes, and standards that let the org scale. You will lead and mentor product managers situated across multiple regions and time zones, and act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, compliance, risk, and go-to-market.
